Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is hiring for a facility maintenance role at our Tysons, VA location. The position involves cleaning, repair work, and assisting customers with a focus on safe, efficient operations in a busy parking environment.

Responsibilities include daily garage maintenance, safety checks, light painting, and inventory management. Availability for special shifts (including 3rd shift/weekends) may be required; valid driver’s license is needed for driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting skills.
• Valid state driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per the facility checklists and as directed by the manager to remove dirt, litter and debris.
• Walk garage daily to identify and correct maintenance problems.
• Sweep and tidy entrances, exits, rails and restrooms; manage trash and supplies.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep facilities neat and clean.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage safety checks on gates and ticket spitters.
• Submit repair requests and maintain a sweep sheet and inventory of supplies.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervision as needed.
• Maintain a neat uniform and arrive on schedule; perform other duties as assigned.
