Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, is hiring an HVAC Facilities Technician to maintain, repair, and monitor HVAC systems across warehouse and lab spaces. You will work with Operations, Engineering, and QA to ensure continuous uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, hands-on maintenance, and documentation; it also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and HVAC education or certification.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot machinery with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with CMMS systems and basic project-management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment including AHUs, RTUs, condensers, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, and ductwork.
• Maintain proper environmental controls: temperature, humidity, and differential pressure in ISO spaces; respond to alarms with QA/Facilities coordination.
• Document maintenance activities, logs, and change records to support audit readiness and cGMP requirements.
• Support validated spaces including requalification activities, smoke studies, and pressure balancing in cleanrooms.
