Job summary

B&H is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical, building and housekeeping upkeep across two warehouses. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring system reliability.

You will develop talent across the facilities team, lead preventive maintenance via CMMS, manage procurement through Central Purchasing, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with vendors and landlords.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma.
• 5+ years in a Maintenance leadership role within an industrial or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience hiring and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain function and reliability of facility systems and equipment with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to mechanical and physical plant failures; perform root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Use CMMS to resolve tickets and monitor performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
• Manage the housekeeping team and ensure routine responsibilities are completed.
• Work with Central Purchasing for procurement and justify expenses.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members to build talent for promotion.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• Be primary liaison for internal stakeholders, external vendors, landlord representatives.
