Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance department. You will administer CMMS, build preventive maintenance programs, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors for service visits and calibrations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, employee training, and process improvements across maintenance workflows to drive efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CMMS; manage profiles, assets, locations, user roles, and fields.
• Ensure accuracy of CMMS data: equipment records, BOMs, work orders, inventory, and history.
• Create/train users; manage accounts, roles, permissions; deliver training programs.
• Develop PM schedules, work orders, and optimize maintenance processes.
• Manage parts inventory, cycle counts, and supplier coordination for parts.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities, performance, and costs.
