Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of MHE and building systems supporting warehouse operations. You will manage a diverse team of technicians, coordinate with operations, and drive maintenance programs, safety, and budgets across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor relationships, CMMS usage, capital projects, and adherence to corporate protocols while ensuring minimal disruption to daily warehouse

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities management experience with focus on MHE/building systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and team schedules.
• Oversee MHE, building, refrigeration, battery technicians and other staff.
• Manage budgets, rentals, purchases and capital improvements.
• Audit and close work orders and purchase orders; review PMs and metrics.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to resolve interruptions to operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate operating protocols.
