Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in maintenance required.
• 4+ years in building maintenance, construction, or repair.
• Ability to read safety and maintenance documents and blueprints.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems.
• Maintain electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities.
• Enter and close work orders in CMMS with quality documentation.
• Assist with projects, on-call coverage, and safety/compliance procedures.
• Support reliability improvements and supplier coordination as needed.
