You will manage CMMS work orders, support automated packaging lines, and ensure uptime for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and power systems while adhering to GMP and EHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical, mechanical maintenance or related field, or HS diploma with 2 years related experience.
• 6+ years in building maintenance, construction, or mechanical repair.
• Proficient use of hand tools, multi-meters and test equipment.
• Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, and control systems.
• Enter and manage work orders in the CMMS; provide first level review.
• Support automated fill, cap, labeling, and product finishing equipment.
• Perform preventive and demand maintenance with proper documentation and closure.
• Conduct daily to monthly building inspections and respond to outages and alarms.
