Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Chicago, IL. You will oversee 24/7 maintenance operations, lead a team, and implement preventive maintenance to optimize equipment reliability and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in management and in facility maintenance, and proficiency with MS Office; prior parking industry exposure is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in a management role.
• 4+ years facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team to meet goals while upholding LAZ Parking culture.
• Prepare daily maintenance schedules and ensure equipment check and proper paper supply.
• Oversee payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and safety reporting.
