Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facilities Technician to support day-to-day operations in to maintain laboratory and office environments. The role focuses on front desk management, coordinating facilities activities, and assisting with calibrations and asset tracking.

You will work with the onsite team to ensure safety, compliance and high service levels. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 0–1 year in facilities or related fields, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in lab, facilities, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
• Coordinate support between departments and vendors as needed.
• Maintain work order system and schedule maintenance.
