Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is hiring a Facilities Technician in Mansfield, MA to manage front desk operations and support lab and facilities maintenance. The role emphasizes customer service, coordination with departments, and adherence to safety protocols in a laboratory and corporate office setting.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime. On-site position requiring authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 0–1 year in lab, facilities, hospitality or customer service.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required; knowledge of safety practices is a plus.
• Experience in corporate office and lab environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
• Coordinate support between departments and service providers.
• Maintain work order system and perform data entry tasks.
• Support calibration, shipping/receiving and routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety training and client requirements.
