Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Commercial Kitchen Equipment employees and oversee performance.
• Verify employee timesheets for accuracy and approve payroll.
• Assist with development, oversight and implementation of kitchen equipment strategy.
• Track equipment, inventory and maintenance activities.
• Assign duties to staff and inspect work.”
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed.
• Enforce PPE usage and OSHA guidelines for all crew members.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics for assemblies.
• Prepare sketches and assist in design/specifications of planned jobs.
• Assist budgeting and capital/operational budgets; monitor expenditures.
• Record and track work orders; manage service levels.
