Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background investigation and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Painters, Locksmiths, General Maintenance Technicians, Furniture Movers, and Maintenance Project Managers.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and talent development alignment.
• Ensure facility systems and infrastructure are maintained at optimal levels and address issues proactively.
• Oversee furniture logistics, warehouse operations, installation, and internal moves.
• Plan, execute, and monitor facilities projects within budget and quality standards.
• Manage maintenance project timelines and respond to emergencies coordinating with internal/external teams.
• Develop and manage the department budget and procure materials and services.
