Responsibilities

• Oversees daily repair, maintenance, and service for commercial kitchen equipment across the district.
• Troubleshoots complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and digital kitchen systems.
• Prioritizes service requests to minimize disruption to food service operations.
• Develops preventive maintenance schedules and monitors energy efficiency.
• Maintains digital records in CMMS and coordinates with managers, vendors, and staff.
