Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Painters, Locksmiths, General Maintenance Technicians, Furniture Movers, and Maintenance Project Managers. Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members. Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and ensure talent development is aligned with operational needs and organizational growth. Ensure all facility systems and infrastructure are maintained at optimal levels, proactively addressing any maintenance or repair issues. Oversee furniture logistics, including warehouse operations, furniture installation, and internal office moves, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions. Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, repairs, and projects. Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and monitor facilities projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Ensure maintenance project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met through effective leadership and resource allocation while balancing priorities between ongoing maintenance needs and special projects. Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors as needed. Foster a collaborative and safe work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. Lead initiatives focused on improving workplace safety and mitigating risks within the department. Assist in the development of capital improvement plans, budgeting, and long-term planning for facilities infrastructure. Develop and manage the department's budget, including procurement of materials, equipment, and services. Track financial performance and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Nurture a culture of customer service excellence within teams. Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies and plans. Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and systems. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in facility management or related field required. Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in CAD software Familiarity with industry-specific design and drafting requirements. Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Required to perform rotating weekly on-call shifts for after hour facilities emergencies.
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
Work Environment: Office Building on site. Work is performed primarily outside, subject to variations in temperature, equipment noise and dust.
