Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance mechanics and perform repairs on production equipment to ensure uptime for day and night operations.
• Determine schedules, sequences and assignments based on priority, equipment, and personnel skill.
• Monitor work levels and review performance; maintain time, production, and maintenance records.
• Counsel employees on work-related issues and help correct deficiencies.
• Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintain PM logs per policy; ensure safety compliance.
