Job summary

Brown Advisory is seeking a Facilities Infrastructure Manager to lead facility operations across its Baltimore office portfolio. The role oversees maintenance programs, relocations, renovations, and decommissioning, ensuring safe, efficient environments and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and partnering with security to maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of facilities management and project management experience.
  • Experience managing corporate office projects, relocations, renovations, and decommissioning efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, workplace operations, and vendor management.
  • Proven budget management and financial oversight experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to support office operations and projects.
  • Ability to work in our Baltimore office five days a week.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.
  • Conduct regular office assessments and support capex budgeting with critical improvements.
  • Manage vendors and coordinate services with property management and contractors.
  • Establish preventative maintenance schedules and monitor completion of work.
  • Coordinate with Security and landlords on safety and emergencies.
  • Travel to office locations for site reviews and project oversight.
  • Serve as primary contact for emergencies and 24/7 response when needed.
  • Manage facilities budgets and report to Directors.
