Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant equipment and building systems at Hardee’s locations. You will train staff on proper use and maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs 24/7 as needed.

The role requires EPA Type I/II certification, refrigeration experience, and a valid driver’s license. Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are offered as part of a strong team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification Type I and II required (or EPA preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and maintain facilities to company standards.
• Maintain and account for inventory and tools on-site.
• Log repairs and time in system; respond to calls 24/7 as needed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with management and sub-contractors when needed.
