Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. The role includes training operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, manage spare parts, and ensure high-quality, timely service 24/7. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• EPA Type I and II (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Good references and pass background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace restaurant and building equipment per company guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain facility equipment and systems; document repairs and parts use.
• Log calls and maintenance activities using company devices; coordinate with senior techs.
• Assist with equipment rollouts, emergencies, and staffing needs as required.
