Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, and train staff on proper use and maintenance.

24/7 response capability and a strong safety mindset are essential. Must have EPA Type I & II certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of service/repair experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant and facility equipment to company standards.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain tools and inventory; log repairs and parts usage.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies as needed, including after hours.
• Document all activities accurately using company devices.
• Ensure safety and compliance during all maintenance tasks.
