Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment while training staff on proper use and maintenance.

Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance, logging work, and coordinating with senior technicians. EPA Type I/II certification and a valid driver’s license are required; 2+ years of service/repair experience preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years service/repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Refrigeration experience a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair restaurant and facility equipment to company standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory.
• Secure tools and materials on-site and manage supplies.
• Assist during staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training.
• Log calls and maintenance data using laptop/handheld device.
• Inspect and maintain company van for 24/7 readiness.
• Communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally.
