Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Eurest division in Redmond, WA seeks a Front Desk Manager (Concierge) to oversee conference center operations, guest services teams, and vendor relationships. You’ll ensure service levels meet SLAs, coordinate multiple projects, and partner with Microsoft stakeholders on strategy and day-to-day operations.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or project management.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• 7–10 years experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility & Guest Services teams to meet service levels.
• Coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, updates, and repairs.
• Manage budgets and corporate spending, track costs and invoices.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review policies and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure health, safety and security procedures are followed.
