Job summary

JLL is hiring a Workplace Associate in Houston, TX to deliver first-class facilities support and seamless workplace experiences. You will be the first point of contact at Reception, monitor conditions, coordinate maintenance, manage work orders and assist the project management team.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree or 2+ years in facility administration, strong customer service, experience with CMMS and Excel, and excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management, building management, business, or related field; OR 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
• Superior customer service skills with professionalism under pressure
• Experience with Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and plan/time manage effectively
• Knowledge of HSSE guidelines and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and serve as the first point of contact at Reception
• Monitor office and facility conditions and anticipate client needs
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage work order systems and invoices
• Provide visitor registration and emergency response support
• Assist with meeting/conference room reservations and project team support
