Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts; ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Respond to tenant/service requests promptly; maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assist with space planning, move coordination, and seating allocations.
