Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Houston to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. You will serve as a vital link between JLL, service partners, and clients, ensuring superior service with proactive communication and high-touch hospitality.

The role emphasizes managing access, coordinating events, mail services, and rapid response to facilities issues, while supporting employee engagement and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, property management, or operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong initiative, integrity and sound judgment in professional settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional interaction across levels.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and general technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary access badges, building access cards, lost and found, and luggage storage while conducting quarterly inspections.
• Coordinate and assist with site events in partnership with the conference services team and administrative staff.
• Facilitate comprehensive mail and package services with timely distribution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for building services issues and submit work orders.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and reduce costs.
• Perform additional duties to support the experience program.
