Job summary

JLL Houston is seeking a Workplace Associate to manage reception, welcome employees and guests, and support daily facility operations in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor conditions, coordinate maintenance, handle mail and deliveries, assist with meeting room bookings, and provide friendly, professional service that reinforces JLL's commitment to excellent workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management, building management, business, or related field or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Superior customer service skills and professionalism in stressful situations.
• Experience with CMMS/Automated Work Order systems (e.g., Corrigo).
• Advanced Excel skills for customized reports and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at Reception, creating a welcoming environment.
• Monitor office and facility conditions continuously to anticipate client needs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage work order systems and invoicing.
• Provide visitor registration, enforce compliance, and assist with emergency plans.
