We are hiring for a Facilities/Maintenance role focused on keeping holding lots, facilities, and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained. The job requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for shift variations,

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle or business.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and clarifies.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads written information.
• Customer Service: Maintains positive attitude; responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in work environment; handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Professionalism: Reacts well under pressure.
• Language Ability: Read, write and interpret English; read and understand Material Handling Data Sheets.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more; tolerate various weather and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface cleaning.
• Maintain grounds: snow clearing, trimming shrubbery and grass, sanding or salting in inclement weather.
• Identify minor facility repairs such as fixture or bulb replacements.
• Advise Supervisor of maintenance and safety issues.
• Occasionally perform cleaning at Terminal booth areas; assist coworkers and customers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
