Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair systems in residential communities. The role emphasizes timely responses to service requests, on-call hours for emergencies, and upkeep of common areas to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, HVAC/R certification is a plus, and they should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, following detailed instructions, and working with on-site staff and residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong business principles preferred.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated with time-management and goal achievement.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and on-call as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly and to standards.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide courteous service to residents.
