Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Service Supervisor to oversee a network of apartment communities and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure lawns, gardens, and facilities are well-maintained while keeping residents’ high-tech appliances in top shape.

You’ll manage on-call duties, drive occupancy goals, and deliver a 5-star resident experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/R certification is encouraged but not required.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-call during nights and weekends when needed.
• Proficiency with basic office software and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support and oversee maintenance requests in occupied apartments.
• Be available for on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests to meet property standards.
• Oversee grounds, common areas, and facilities to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Lead the maintenance team and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain safety standards and deliver a 5-star resident experience.
