Responsibilities

• Primary duty is to serve as a General Services Specialist for PALM related needs.
• PALM Property data entry, updating, and removal of Department property items.
• PALM training, reports, and record keeping requirements.
• Assist in property related inventory and disposal needs.
• Serves as the backup to the Department’s Fleet Manager, assisting with PALM requirements, DMS Fleet System requirements, Fleet Fuel Card needs, fleet vehicle coordination, paperwork, invoice audits and maintaining records for all fleet related activity.
• Assisting with department warehouse storage facilities and operation.
• Assisting with preparation of annual Department financial statements by providing detailed analysis and reconciliations of the activity and status of fixed assets within the Department.
• Assisting the Facilities Management Administrator as required.
