Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Facilities Field Technician in California to maintain restaurant facilities through preventative maintenance and targeted repairs. The role involves supervising aspects of facility management at the market level, coordinating with managers and contractors, and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

You will train staff on maintenance practices, develop schedules, and deliver detailed recap reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years formal or informal training on how to repair and maintain facilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations governing facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and plan work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the facility.
• Perform monthly site visits and analyze restaurant facilities.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for safe and efficient operation.
• Train managers and staff on maintenance and repair concepts.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager, contractors and vendors as needed.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
