Job summary

FOL Management is seeking a Head of Facilities to manage strategic and operational excellence across our multifamily properties in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience overseeing facilities teams and must possess strong knowledge of building systems.

This leadership role requires technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and safety compliance, along with excellent communication skills. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and generous time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience overseeing facilities teams across multiple Class A multifamily properties.
• Ability to evaluate and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams and develop best-in-class maintenance programs.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training of facilities teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Skills

10+ years’ experience in facilities management

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to travel 40-60%

Education

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
