Job summary

Legacy Parking is seeking a dynamic Location/Facility Manager for the Miami market. The role oversees day-to-day operations of the assigned location(s) and acts as the primary liaison with property management, clients, and staff to ensure excellent service and financial accountability.

You will lead a team, review performance and reports, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a service-related industry (parking industry experience preferred).
• Experience managing teams, staffing, scheduling, and financial/budget oversight.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Miami location(s) and multi-location accounts.
• Act as primary liaison with property management, clients, tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial/operational reports.
• Monitor market rate structures to stay competitive and profitable.
• Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash control procedures; participate in audits.
• Drive revenue growth, expense management, and customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, lead, and develop a high-performance team; manage payroll and HR collaboration.
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance; manage budgets and personnel reviews.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
