Job summary

ManpowerGroup (Experis) seeks a proactive Facilities & Events Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA to support the Events and Facilities Department. You will help plan and execute events, coordinate with sponsors, and manage facility requests, maintenance tasks, and basic A/V support.

The role requires 3–4 years in event coordination or facilities support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Office, Teams, and Zoom.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in event coordination or facilities support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom meetings, including basic A/V support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
