Virginia Peninsula Community College is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to support facility use, coordinate maintenance, AV, and event setup for internal departments and contracted events. You will handle customer service, contract writing, negotiation, and fulfillment, ensuring professional delivery of meetings and events.

You will work with multiple internal departments to address facility needs, with evenings, nights and weekends required, and the role requires the ability to work

• Safety, liability and risk mitigation in event and facility use.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate facility maintenance and setup for internal college departments and contracted events.
• Provide direct event support and customer service for external facility usage.
• Write, negotiate, execute, and fulfill facility usage contracts.
• Collaborate with Plant Services, Campus Police, Marketing, and IT to address needs.
