Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Documents work in the CMMS and keeps records up to date.
• Maintains and repairs mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, boilers, etc.).
• Maintains patient care equipment and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with grounds, carpentry, and snow removal.
