Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and building codes.
• Understand project management principles and delivery methods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned facilities projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Facilitate permit applications, plan checks, and approvals by preparing and tracking documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, expenditures, contractor performance, and field progress; address risks and variances.
• Maintain accurate project information and forecasts in PPM, LTP, and other tracking platforms.
• Provide routine status updates and support funding requests and approvals.
