Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads end-to-end capital projects lifecycle from vision to delivery.
• Manages project Associates and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Reviews bids, develops value engineering strategies and oversees pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initial vision, scope, and financial underwriting through budgeting, approvals, scheduling, and final delivery oversight.
• Provide leadership to a team of project Associates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine project needs and priorities.
• Examine historical records for properties, covering previous work orders, maintenance, projects, and potential opportunities.
• Generate detailed scopes of work, schedules, and organize design elements and specifications.
• Organize the creation of project budgets and capital requests; review city/HOA constraints as required by scope.
• Review contractor bids and lead value engineering strategies; select bidders and respond to RFIs, and validate pricing.
• Review long lead materials and procurement strategy to expedite schedule.
• Align project execution with business goals and long-term strategy.
