Job summary

The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services with on-site responsibilities and rotating on-call duties. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of related experience, and may hold a Universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, HVAC).
• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specs and safety requirements.
• Assist with safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
