Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdiction.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Manage energy use; support preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist in emergency repairs and safe storage of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections and verify operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge; coach others and lead by example within CBRE values.
