Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems to keep facilities up to code and functioning.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
