Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; basic office software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and controls systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Manage energy usage and efficiency across building systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems inspections (fire, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
