Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical and control systems.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
