Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems operate within design specifications and environmental targets.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs and energy management practices.
• Follow safety policies for handling hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review system inspections (HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Share knowledge with team and model CBRE values to foster collaboration.
