Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and numerical skills (percentages, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Follow codes and safety regulations related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure performance within design specs.
• Lead by example and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
