Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and efficient system operation.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Keep hazardous materials properly stored and a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building inspections to ensure equipment operates within design specs.
