Qualifications

• Five years of professional-level experience in facility planning, lease negotiations, and project management with space programming, economic analysis, and space-use guidelines.
• Three years of experience applying state procurement laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management and strategic planning for seven worksites, including lease negotiations and space utilization.
• Oversee major procurements and vendor contracts for facilities and services.
• Direct emergency management and business continuity programs across the agency.
• Oversee workplace safety, building security, and emergency systems.
• Manage the agency motor pool and driver safety program.
• Lead facilities and resource planning to support agency growth and budgets.
• Oversee asset inventory, audits, and reporting.
• Supervise and develop staff; advise executive leadership on facilities strategy.
