Job summary

Washington County is seeking a Facilities Division Manager to lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects programs for county facilities. You will develop long-range plans, manage a $23M budget, and shape policies while guiding a diverse team toward safe, reliable public spaces.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with the Director, and effective communication with officials and the community. Strong supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
OR Associate's Degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, with at least 2 years supervisory.
Six years of experience with at least two years in a supervisory role may substitute for the degree requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects programs.
Develop a 5-year capital improvement plan and a $23M annual operating budget.
Develop policies, direct workflow, and guide long-term planning and performance improvements.
