Job summary

Washington County seeks a Facilities Division Manager to lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects, ensuring strategic planning and stewardship of county-owned facilities.

You will report to the Director of Facilities, Fleet, and Parks, supervise staff, develop a 5-year capital plan and a $23M operating budget, and promote safety, accountability, and professional growth across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of experience and two years in supervision.
• Associate’s degree with six years of experience and two years in supervision.
• Six years of experience with at least two in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects Programs.
• Develop a 5-year capital improvement plan and a $23M operating budget.
• Provide strategic leadership and foster safety, accountability, and staff development.
• Represent the division before the Board and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Guide long-term planning, performance improvements, and policy development.
