Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Oversee safety compliance and building security.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
• Develop and manage facilities operating budgets and track costs.
• Coordinate safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Schedule and supervise temporary labor as needed.
