Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead and maintain campus-scale systems across our Southaven and Memphis sites. You will design, build, activate, and maintain advanced facilities while managing multiple projects and coaching a team of technicians in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.

You will ensure safety, oversee vendor contracts, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of facilities management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction or engineering
• Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint)
• Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors
• Experience negotiating contracts and comparing service costs
• Experience with asset management software
• High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dust collectors, etc.)
• Direct a team of plumbing, compressed air, electrical, and HVAC technicians
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business goals
• Enforce safety procedures and address unsafe conditions with contractors
• Maintain records for all trades as required
• Understand mechanical equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, etc.)
• Communicate daily activities and project status to the Manager
• Oversee vendor/contractor finances with buyers and accounts payable
• Coach and develop team to improve performance and effectiveness
